Mission: To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

Why Boys and Girls Clubs?

In many communities in the United States, family situations don’t allow for parents to be as involved in their children’s lives as they’d like to. Boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in unsupervised manners. Our community in Bend, Oregon is no exception.

An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them. Boys & Girls Clubs offers youth safe outlets to play, to learn and to grow. We also provide youth the opportunity to have ongoing relationships with caring, adult professionals.

Boys & Girls Clubs offer hope and opportunity through multiple different services. Our Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence. We’re able to offer children life-enhancing programs and character development experiences.

We offer programs in numerous areas, including education, fitness, social recreation, teen issues, bullying prevention and more. Check out our programs page for more information.
